The growth charts and percentile comparisons are based on World Health Organization (WHO) data and are intended for general reference only. NO WARRANTIES: The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, including WHO growth standards.
AGE RESTRICTION: This app is not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age. By using this app, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
What personal information do we process? We process minimal personal information. When you use the My Baby Growth Charts app, all data you enter (baby profiles, measurements, notes) is stored exclusively on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We do not collect, access, or store this data on our servers.
Do we process any sensitive personal information? The app processes health-related information (baby growth measurements such as weight, length/height) that you voluntarily enter into the app. This sensitive data is stored exclusively on your device and synchronized to your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to this information.
Do we receive any information from third parties? No, we do not receive any information from third parties.
How do we process your information? All processing of your baby’s health data occurs locally on your device. If you enable iCloud, your data is synchronized across your devices using Apple’s iCloud infrastructure, which is governed by Apple’s privacy policies and terms of service.
Do we share personal information with third parties? No. We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your baby’s health information to any third parties. Your data remains exclusively on your device and in your personal iCloud account.
How do we keep your information safe? Your data security depends on: (1) iOS security features on your device, (2) Apple’s iCloud security if you use synchronization, and (3) your protection of your Apple ID credentials. We do not store your health data on our servers and therefore cannot be responsible for its security beyond the design of the app itself.
What are your rights? You have complete control over your data within the app. You can view, edit, and delete all information at any time. Since we do not collect or store your health data, privacy rights requests should be directed to Apple regarding iCloud data.

If you use iCloud synchronization, Apple Inc. acts as a data processor for your information under Apple’s iCloud terms of service. Your data is subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. We have no control over or access to data stored in your iCloud account.
If you are located in the EU, UK, or Switzerland:
Since we do not collect or process your baby’s health data (it remains on your device and in your iCloud account), the primary data controller for your health information is you, the user. Apple may be considered a data processor if you use iCloud.

This app is intended for use by parents, guardians, and healthcare providers who are at least 18 years of age. The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. While the app stores information about babies and children (entered by adult users), this is done locally on the adult user’s device.
If you are under 18 years of age, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use this app.
Since all health data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account, any international data transfers are governed by Apple’s policies. If you use iCloud and travel internationally or relocate, your data may be transferred to iCloud servers in different regions according to Apple’s infrastructure and policies.

World Health Organization (WHO) Data
